WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democratic Rep. Dennis Kucinich defied his party leadership on Monday by calling for the impeachment of U.S. President George W. Bush for launching the Iraq war--but his move was not expected to go anywhere.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has repeatedly said she opposes trying to remove the Republican president who leaves office next January because such an attempt would be divisive and most likely unsuccessful.
That's right Pelosi; stay on your damn knees. If it weren't for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, the Democratic Party would still be looking at losing another election. What a totally gutless bunch of Americans make up the DNC. We Republicans impeached Bill Clinton for getting a blow-job; yet, you and your bucket of worms in the House and Senate have hung around Bush's butt for seven years like dung beetles gobbling up whatever came out. No, I didn't vote for Bush either time. And unlike you, if I were in Congress, I would gladly put forth a bill to hang George W. and his old man. Boy, even though I'm going to support Obama with my words, money and blood if need be, it's really scary knowing he has the likes of you watching his back.
If Democrats haven't learned by now that they're not dealing with Americans who give a damn about this country, that they dealing with sociopaths who'll rob it blind, then God helps us. Have you learned nothing in the last seven years?
