This is a possble book idea i came up with. I dont know if it is good or it is very bad, so please comment.

A boy inventor is taken hostage by people testing a new generation of drugs. The boy is planned to be the test subject to see if they work without many negative consequences. His family tries deperatly to find him, and they only have one clue- a note he left before he disappeared, a note that only he knows he was forced to write. he hopes desperatly that they find the message and make a large search party. The family eventually notices the message and makes a search party when they only have four days left tofind him. They find him in an abandoned steel facory just as they injct the drug. It is a mixture of hundreds of steroids and drugs that turn the boy into a mindless brute, who attacks the family. The family and SWAT are forced to take him down and arrest the drug makers.
