Trying to move people towards God, by just convincing them that they are sinners, leads into giving a guilt trip, and this is what led the people into worshiping Paul in Acts. And along with that, as Paul gave revelations of God, the guilt trip was backed up, which even more so led into the people worshiping him. And this is how the foundation of the gospel is not found in being convinced of sin, but in the communion of God being able to continually abide in us. Being able to have our sins still be a part of our faithfulness in God, takes away the ability for us to be manipulated through any kind of guilt and condemnation trip. This truth is fully proven in how God allowed Paul's thorn so that he could continue to receive revelation from God, even though he had been elevated above God through them in Acts. And thus it is fully proven, what Christ meant when He said that His strength was made perfect in weakness. Because when even our sins become a factor in our faithfulness in God, as He is giving us beauty for ashes, and His goodness in place of them, then we are not simply drawn to God to get out of guilt, condemnation, or wrath, but to have Him abide in us, and us in Him, and to know Him as love. However, this can only come through the truth of the new birth. Therefore our sincerity, genuineness, and purity may abide in the fact of how we are not manipulated through guilt, condemnation, or wrath, but that we are lead through the goodness, love, and appropriation of all that Christ has made available to us through His sacrifice, and not only that, but through His life. In the parable of Lazarus the beggar, we may understand that just as David said that God's Spirit would even be present with Him in Hell, just as the Spirit is always everywhere, the water that the rich man did not have in Hell, was the living word of God. And that is what is going to be missing in outer darkness and the lake of fire, just as Christ will be the light in the new heavens and new earth, by which there is no darkness. Therefore those who do not know Christ, will not be able to see nor partake in any light. The Spirit of God is always everywhere, and if His Spirit was taken away from the earth and heavens, they would collapse, just as this is probably how the earth and heavens are going to be destroyed. But it is the living word of God, which is the substance of what the Holy Spirit gives, offers, and testifies of, which is what those in Hell can not have. Therefore also, just as Jesus said that the Pharisees make their proselytes sons of Hell, to come to God on the foundation of us being convinced we are sinners, leads into Hell. Titus shows how we are washed with the living word, by the Spirit of God. Both the Holy Spirit and the word of God are represented by water, but it is the Spirit offering the word, which gives the understanding of how the Spirit and word are distinguished, though they both are symbolized by water.
