In the OT, Elisha and Jehu both kind of lied, and were both speaking regarding God. It's possible to think on how they might have been telling the truth to the talent that God will create in the New heavens and earth as well, regarding both Hazael and the prophets of Baal, turning the lies that Elisha and Jehu spoke into truth. I say this, concerning God creating the talent in the New heavens and earth, that had been Hazael's and the prophets' of Baal, as I have before, showing how the talent has to do with the person, and their salvation, and not just works and things like jobs; also having said that this explains the back and forth between condemnation and blessing, as found in Isaiah 40-66. After Elisha lied, the Bible shows him saying what great evil would come through the new king of Assyria; this is similar to the Antichrist. Jehu's lie killed off the prophets of Baal, who symbolically makes up Babylon, under the false prophet.
God is not pleased when someone dies, or falls away, no matter how evil they were, though He might also be the One giving victory over the evil person and or people. I can just see God taking vengeance in this way, as those who pretend submission to Him lie to Him.
